Cancellation Policy
Sage & Cedar Massage charges a deposit as listed under each service, failure to notify us within 24 hours of your appointment if cancellation or rescheduling is needed this fee will be accessed for our time and may be subject to change at any time without notice on a case-by-case basis. No Call/No Show policy states you are charged 100% of the service fee and any paid deposits as this prevented someone else from booking for that slot that could have and is NON-REFUNDABLE.
